Lei Wang

Mr. Wang came to the United States in 1991. He was vice president of Byers International Inc. and Norchem USA Inc. , in Atlanta for charging of international business; he was principal of Power Creation Inc., a real estate development company which was located in Atlanta; he was also a representative of Shenyang China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in the United States; he was the Foreign Trade and Economic Advisor of Shenyang government; he was executive vice president of Chinese Professional Association of Atlanta, GA; he was China policy advisor of Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Before coming to the United States, he was director of Student Activity Department of Northeastern University in Shenyang, China; he was Director of Youth Organization Committee in Liaoning province, China; he got his Computer Science Master Degree from Kennesaw State University in GA; he did two years project research in Georgia Institution of Technology; he received his B.S from Northeastern University, China, major in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Wang likes to play tennis, Ping-Pong. He lives in Salem, NH with his family.

Jill Hartmann, M.Ed., S.A.I.F.

Educational Advisor


Jill A. Hartmann is the Educational Advisor at Busche Academy. She holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education, a Bachelor's degree in International Business, and she is a Specialist in the Assessment of Intellectual Functioning.  Jill is a doctoral candidate in the Leadership and Learning program at Rivier University.  Jill is an experienced educator and has been directly involved in the field of education for over 16 years. She has taught most grade levels from 1st grade through 8th grade and holds multiple certifications. With experience teaching Math, Language Arts, Social Studies, Special Education, and Gifted programs, she has a wealth of knowledge to bring to her students. As an educational evaluator, Jill has worked with children of all ages to help recognize their academic strengths and weaknesses. By recognizing academic strengths and weaknesses, educational experiences can be tailored to promote individual learning.

Riana is an English teacher. She graduated from Keene State College with a dual major in secondary education (grades 5-12) and English. She am also in the final stages of her ESOL certification through the University of New Hampshire. In her teaching experience, she has taught students from many different backgrounds/countries such as Puerto Rico, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and China. Currently, she is a 7th and 8th grade LA/Reading teacher at Chester Academy in Chester, NH.

Jessica works as an ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) teacher at Merrimack High School and Merrimack Middle School, both in Merrimack, N.H., during the American school year.  Ms. Field holds N.H. teacher certification in ESOL (Kindergarten through 12th grade) and in English (5th through 12th grade), and has also been a private tutor and conversation partner to students from around the world for the last 20 years.  Ms. Field has a B.A. in English with a minor in Art from U.N.H., Durham, a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Intellectual Property Law from U.N.H. School of Law, and a Master of English Teaching from Plymouth State University.  Ms. Field enjoys international travel and has visited India, Malaysia, and many countries in Europe.

Robin graduated from Colby College (American Colby College - Maine College of Arts and Sciences) language department, with English teacher qualification certificate. Professor of Mississippi from Vietnam. She currently has 20 years of language teaching experience in New Hampshire, and is a Chester Middle School English teacher.

Liu Peng graduated from the Department of Education, Cambridge University, received a postgraduate degree. She is experience in undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the UK, and Cambridge High School, and has worked in teaching management in Chinese universities and international schools. She has rich experience in curriculum construction in China, Britain, and Canada.
