Antonio Anderson is the Athletic Director and former Head Coach for the Boys Basketball team at Springfield Commonwealth Academy in Springfield, Massachusetts. Anderson attended Lynn Vocational Technical High School (Lynn, MA) where he was a standout athlete and admired member of his community. He continued his basketball career at the University of Memphis under Coach John Calipari and majored in interdisciplinary studies. During his junior season, he helped lead the Memphis Tigers to the NCAA National Championship game. After graduation, Anderson continued his basketball career playing professionally both domestically in the NBA and D-League, and abroad with teams in Puerto Rico and Germany.

In 2016, he decided to take a new angle on the game. This time from the coach’s box as the Head Coach at Lynn English High School (Lynn, MA). In his four years as Head Coach, he had an impressive record of 73 wins and only 9 loses, earned the Massachusetts Division 1 State Championship Title in 2019 & 2020, the Northeastern Conference Championship in 2019 & 2020, the Greater Boston League Championship in 2018 and was named both USA Today Massachusetts and the Boston Globe’s 2019 Coach of the Year. ''

In 2021, Antonio decided to take on a new challenge by accepting the Athletic Director and the Head Coach positions at BA's partnering school, Springfield Commonwealth Academy. After the season ended, Antonio transitioned to Busche Academy to expand the athletic program and lead the boys basketball program.
